The Allotment Association invites you to renew your allotment tenancy from the 1st of January. Completed application forms with full payment should be received by the Treasurer by 14th January.
Cheques should be made payable to the rev Dr. Ellerton's Allotment Association
Existing plot holders who do not re-apply will be deemed to have vacated their plot and any personal property should be removed from the site by 14th January. Any property left on the site will be disposed of by the Association. keys held for the 'lock up' should be returned to the secretary by 14th January.
